K9 Fit Club is a company dedicated to creating good health, fitness & wellness for both people and their canines. These programs combine the time-saving benefits of working out with your pup while offering a fun, safe and controlled environment.

Class is great for beginners and advanced. Vikki does a great job of making everyone comfortable and customizing exercises so everyone of all levels can enjoy and have fun!
Meet your Instructor Vikki Gialamas!
K9 Fit Club Master Instructor, W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer,
AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, K9 Fit Club Master Trainer,
CPR and First Aid Trained in Humans and Dogs.
Victoria has been a certified Personal Trainer for six years and enjoys motivating and
educating others on the importance of staying physically fit. Her clientele has varied
a great deal, such as, young adults looking for sports training, individuals looking for
pain relief and corrective exercises and simply those just looking to lose weight.
She meets with clients to discuss their goals and then designs the best possible
program that will fit their needs.
Vikki has attended many nationally recognized conferences and workshops with top trainers to stay up to date with her education in group exercise, personal training, and nutrition. She is a member of the IDEA Health and Fitness Association, an organization that provides resources for fitness professionals and provides access to the most current and innovative trends in the country. Vikki has also been a certified Group Exercise instructor for five years. She started her instruction in basic resistance training. She has since expanded her expertise to Pilates and indoor cycling. Pilates is by far her favorite area to share through her classes. Pilates provides numerous exercises and movements to increase your core strength while learning how to stabilize your muscles. Pilates also uses a certain breathing technique to control and relax the body. Pilates is very beneficial in helping people through rehabilitation, since there is no jumping or impact and the exercises can be easily modified based on level of ability. In 2015, she attended the BASI Pilates Mat Certification program in Chicago. BASI takes the traditional Joseph Pilates’ exercises and applies more of a kinesiology approach to them by studying more of which muscles are being used during each movement and why they are important in that given exercise. Vikki uses the BASI method and also enjoys introducing props, such as the Pilates Ring, BOSU, Stability Balls, small inflatable Pilates’ balls, etc. to her classes to add a fun creative way to challenge your core.
In 2014, she was given the opportunity to expand her list of classes to K9 Fit Club and bring together her love of dogs with her fitness passion. This is a unique class in the fact that we can experience a great workout for ourselves and allow our canine friends to join in with us. Our dogs are a great accountability partner because they are always willing to please. K9 fit club has provided Vikki with some wonderful new friendships and has broadened her horizon in other areas of fitness. She is very excited to share this new style of class with others and create a new path for some that might have not found their way into the fitness world yet!
